It starts like the falling-block game you already know.
Pieces drop into a well. You turn them and place them. Then a piece that obviously fits doesn't, and you start to suspect the well has more sides than you can see.
Working out where that hidden dimension is, and how to use it, is the whole game. It's a good workout for 3D spatial thinking, and it gets harder in ways you won't see coming.
